About Us

We would like to introduce ourselves and tell you our story. We are Dan and Leah Butler, owners of Butler's Investment Properties Co. We're a very straight forward business and believe honesty is the best policy. We are a Christian based business and we give God all of the glory! God has entrusted us to do this and be able to bless others with good homes. We believe none of this would be possible without God. 

 

We both come from very loving and hard working families that struggled financially. We watched as our parents worked hard to provide for us. We decided early on in our marriage that we wanted God to be in the center of everything we did.

We honestly never had an intentions of becoming full time landlords. But God! In 2012 we acquired two properties. We had a meeting with our accountant and she suggested we become a corporation and a corporation makes money. So, we kept our focus on the Lord. God opened door for us and we remained faithful. Our company just kept growing. In 2017, we were able to become full time landlords. We are people that were given second chances, and sometimes more, when we were younger. Our mission statement is "Putting good people in good homes."

 

With that being what we stand on, we will do our part and provide people with good homes. We put a lot of work into each home we have as though we are going to be living there ourselves. We believe in giving others second chances like we've been given. We currently have 67 rental units in several counties and we hope we can help you and your family find a good home!
